Cultural Awareness, Brexit, and Freedom of Speech

The 15th March 2017 was World Speech Day. Over 170 events from all over the world took place to celebrate the power and joy of speech! In the aftermath of Brexit, I felt compelled to give my little contribution too and celebrate the Freedom of Speech

World Speech Day promotes live public speaking events in over 100 nations. On this special day, people everywhere give speeches and share ideas. All around the world, in many different cultures and situations, we all used the simple power of speech to bring change and build world citizenship.
